Last night, we had 20 kids and their parents over for a Halloween bash and I was thrilled to experience the Halloween spirit through those young eyes. I know a lot of us are hurting right now, but I hope each and every one of you can have a similar experience tonight as the trick or treater’s roam the streets. Sounds like you had a great night! The trick-or-treater turnout in my neighborhood was pretty disappointing, which I assume is because of the hurricane; a lot of folks in my county were still without power last night. I usually get really slammed and have often had to make extra trips out to the store for more candy. It turned out to be a great night weather-wise, though. Not too cold, didn’t rain, and a very Halloweenish cloudy night sky.
