A Collection a Day #33 – Plastic Dinosaurs, originally uploaded by Cool and Collected.
I collect a few different things, as you might have realized by now. Most of my collections are always on display since I like to enjoy them which is hard to do if they are stored away in a box. I try to find unique ways to display a collection, and this is one of my favorites. I’ve picked up a bunch of small plastic dinosaurs at flea markets and yard sales over the years. Last summer, I found this gumball machine and thought it would be the perfect showcase for the miniature T-Rex’s and triceratops. Whenever I find a new jurassic beast, he goes right into the glass bowl.
I have collected so many different things that I thought it would be fun to try and photograph a collection a day and see how far I can get.
