Most of you are aware that the first issue of the Cool & Collected Magazine has been published, and by all accounts was a big hit. Other than a few hiccups with the PDF downloads and one instance of the Post Office not doing its job, overall I’ll call the whole process a success. Now, it’s on to the second issue!
The magazine needs your help
You’ve seen the magazine, you know the level of quality to expect. Do you want to advertise your business in the magazine to help cover the costs of production? Here are the ad rates. Do you own a store or run a convention where the magazines could be sold? Send me an email and sign on for 25 or more copies at a discounted rate. Do you want to contribute an article or photos to the magazine? Here are some helpful submission guidelines.
The second issue of the magazine is in production now, and like the first issue, it will be a community effort. If you want to be part of the publication and have something to contribute, I’m all ears. Thanks everyone!

We still on for the article I proposed? Definitely will advertise again in issue 2.

Absolutely. I’ll send you an email soon. Thanks Matt!

Loved the first issue. I’m on board for the second issue. Going to try working on something to submit. Only thing is, I never got my printed copy of the magazine.
Brian says
Did you order one or go through Kickstarter? If you did Kickstarter, make sure you filled out the survey with your address info. I’ll be sure to get you your copy!

I’m working on a submission or two for issue two as well. I was really honored and excited to get to do the Superman piece for issue 1 and now I’ve got the C&C fever!
Brian says
Great! Send me an email with any ideas you have. The second issue is going to be packed! 🙂

I am still working through the first issue. Love it so far. I only wish I could open it on my Google Nexus 7. For some reason, I can’t open it there, but I could on my phone. I would absolutely pick up issue #2. If there is any copies of #1 still available, I may pick up one for my buddy who’s a huge toy collector.
I would love to contribute one day. Maybe when I find something I actually know something about I’ll let you know Brian, lol.
Brian says
I look forward to it Mike!
The Zipped PDF gave a few people some headaches– I guess it’s not the universal platform it once was. I’ve been exploring some other options, but every one of them seems to have even more difficulties associated with them.

Hey Brian, I’d love to contribute to the magazine again! If I can help in any way feel free to ask. I think you have a pretty good idea of what I collect so if you think I have something to offer let me know!
Brian says
Awesome! Thanks Rich, I’d love to have you be part of the next issue somehow. I’ll keep you posted. 🙂
