I used to love Colorforms! I haven’t thought about those in a loooong time. I had quite the collection in the 80s.

Y’know, I watch ads from the 50′s and sixties now, and all I can think of is Mad Men. That show has totally ruined me for advertising. If I let it creep in too far, it’ll ruin me for food mascots, and Happy Meal toys, and Saturday morning cartoons, and cereal prizes and…

I loved Colorforms as a kid. I have been hunting for a few to add to my collections, especially vintage Batman and Spiderman sets. Those can be pretty expensive on ebay.
Ha! Yes they can. I’m still looking for those two sets myself.
This is a real find. I don’t rememebr ever seeing a commercial for Colorforms. I had the Batman set at one time and always wanted the Super Friends set, but never got it.
